Unusual appetizer
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 1 tin of Ginos Friarielli in oil (COD. 01230),
- 1 tin of Ginos anchovies fillets on olive oil (COD. 05006),
- 1 tin of Ginos tomato sauce with olive oil (COD. 03001),
- 1 wholemeal bread.
PREPARATION
- Open and drain a tin of Friarielli in oil.
- Open and drain a tin of anchovies fillets in olive oil.
- Cut the bread into thin slices (1cm) and bend each slice in order to obtain two triangles of bread.
Compose the appetizer in this way:
Spread the tomato sauce on each traingle.
Add some friarielli on it and complete it with two anchovies fillets.
Finally season it with some oil drops and serve them warm.
