Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Ginos "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes,
- 1 jar of Ginos pesto,
- 250 g of ricotta,
- Baby buffalo mozzarellas at taste,
- Fresh basil at taste.
Open and drain a tin of Ginos "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes and cut them into halves.
Separately, pour 3-4 spoonfuls of pesto in a bowl and add the ricotta cheese.
Blend them together unitil you obtain an homogeneous mixture and pour a little quantity at the bottom of each finger cup.
Lay the "O sole mio" quarters down on it, add one or two baby buffalo mozzarellas and some drops of pesto.
Finally garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
