PIZZA "ASIAGO"

Ginos product needed for the preparation:

- Extra-fine Tomato Pulp (COD. 04012),
- Chantarelle mushrooms Top Quality (COD. 08040).

 

Prepare the pastry disc for the pizza and pour 100g of Extra-fine tomato pulp on it.
Add the mozzarella slices and some cubes of Asiago cheese, complete it with Top Quality Chanterelle mushrooms and bake it.
Garnish it with some smoked Speck slices and sprinkle with fresh minced parsley.
