PIZZA "CANAZEI"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Millefunghi" mushrooms cream (COD. 03240),
- "Granfetta" Porcini mushrooms (COD. 08018),
- "Rocca del colle" e.v.o. oil (COD. 02201).
Spread out the pizza pastry creating a pastry disc and pour a spoonful of "Millefunghi" mushrooms cream.
Add the mozzarella cubes and the "Granfetta" Porcini mushrooms paying attention to arrange them evenly and bake it in the oven.
Once the pizza is almost finished, add the buffalo mozzarella cubes and complete the cooking.
Sprinkle it with finely minced parsley and some e.v.o. oil drops and serve it.
