Classic Tiramisù
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos “Classic Tiramisù” preparation (COD. 09104),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of cream.
Garnish:
- Savoiardi biscuits,
- Bitter cacao in powder,
- Fresh strawberries.
Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
After 40 minutes the Tiramisù cream is ready to be served.
Fill the cup with the catalan cream, add the black cherries and garnish with bitter cacao in powder and some dark chocolate slivers.
