Hazelnut tiramisù
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for 25 portions:
- 1 Ginos “Delizie al Tiramisù” bag (COD. 09104),
- 15 g instant coffee,
- 300 g “Ladyfingers” biscuits,
- Ginos hazelnut topping (COD. 09310),
- Minced hazelnuts as required.
PREPARATION
Blend the preparation for “Delizie al Tiramisù” in a planetary mixer with ½ lt of cold milk for 5 minutes.
Apart form it, bring 1 lt of water to the boil and melt the instant coffee.
Pour a thin layer of Tiramisù cream in a ceramic pyrex dish.
Soak the “Ladyfingers” biscuits in the coffee and lay them down on the Tiramisù cream.
Variegate it with hazelnut topping trying to obtain a thin and homogeneous layer.
Sprinkle it with hazelnuts and finally cover it with Tiramisù cream.
Decorate it with hazelnut topping and garnish with half cut hazelnuts.
Before serving, place it in the fridge (+4°C) for at least 3 hours.
