Raspberry sorbet
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for 65 flutes of 90 ml each:
− 1 package of lemon sorbet Ginos
(COD. 09401),
− 1 tin of “Raspberries Mangiatutto” Ginos
(COD. 09031),
− 500 ml partly skimmed milk,
− 1,5 lt water,
− 300 ml vodka.
PREPARATION
- Open a “Raspberry Mangiatutto” tin and whisk the product with an immersion blender.
- Melt the preparation for sorbet with ½ liter of partly skimmed milk and 1,5 liter of water in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture in the sorbetière adding the whipped raspberries.
- Let it apart for one hour and then add 300 ml of vodka.
- Serve it in flutes or small cups and garnish with a fresh raspberry and some mint leaves.
